Which Appointment Type Do I Choose?

New Patient Visit ($600/120 min): If you are a new patient wanting to see Dr. MacKenna, please select this appointment. Due to the length of this visit, Dr. MacKenna will consult with you via encrypted Zoom for your comfort.  Please note pricing: a one-time consultation, including all recommendations, is $600 for those who reside in states where Dr. MacKenna is licensed (LA, MS, AL, NJ, IL, OH).

* If you would like to potentially schedule an in-office evaluation in New Orleans, LA, please first schedule a Discovery Call.

Integrative or Family Follow-Up (check-in) $300/45 min: Dara Wellness established patients can book this appointment for symptom check-ins and other concerns or needs, including family member feedback, extensive labs review, or forms/letters.

Follow-Up (check-in) $250/30 min: Newly established Dara Wellness patients can book this appointment for symptom check-ins and medication/supplement adjustments.

Follow-Up (check-in) $225/20 min: Established patients can book this appointment for a medication refill if otherwise stable. Please note this is restricted to active Dara Wellness patients of 6 months or more who do NOT need any adjustments to their existing treatment regimen. If you have a concern about your dosing or need for additional supplements or medications, please book a 30-45 minute appointment.

Complimentary Discovery Call: Dr. MacKenna will call you at your scheduled appointment time, and you will get a chance to “meet” each other, discuss any questions regarding fees or office visits, and understand how Dr. MacKenna can help you achieve your health goals. We are now confirming this appointment by supporting the New Orleans community with a donation to a local charity.

NEW for those who reside outside Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, New Jersey, Illinois, or Ohio OR who desire a Subject Matter Expert Second Opinion or Consultation:

Integrative Psychiatry Consultation ($1000/120 min + 6-month Treatment Plan Recommendations with Coaching): Are you already seeing a psychiatrist or mental health provider? Would you like to see an Integrative Medicine, Psychiatry, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Hypermobility expert for a complete evaluation or second opinion? This visit is designed for those who do not wish to engage in a long-term treatment relationship but could benefit from a thorough evaluation and detailed treatment plan outlining the recommended next steps. Please note that because this visit is a one-time consultation, no doctor-patient relationship will be established and therefore no medications can be prescribed. This visit does include a 6-month Dara Wellness Basic Level Membership with coaching. Recommendations can be given for you to bring back to your regular doctor or prescriber.

Integrative Psychiatry Consultation + 6-month Coordination of Care with Your Chosen Provider ($2000/120 min + 6-month Coaching & Treatment Plan with Coordination of Treatment Management with Your Home Provider): All that the Integrative Psychiatry Consultation offers PLUS hands-on coordination of care between Dr. Holly and your provider. (Please be sure your home provider agrees.)

Membership Levels

Deluxe Membership : Ideal for initial Dara Wellness Members needing medication and/or supplement adjustments along with support for lifestyle and behavioral change. Priced to allow for development of our partnership with a 45-minute visit monthly and an overall cost savings. Reiki included.

Active Membership: This level is for those who have been stabilized on medication and/or supplements and need occassional minor changes and less frequent support. Membership includes a 30-minute visit every 3 months (in-person or virtual) along with medication refills and coaching between visits. Reiki included.

Basic + Membership: This level is offered for those who have been engaged with Dara Wellness for over six months and mainly need visits to continue medication and/or supplement refills and related monitoring. It includes refills between visits as indicated. This level includes virtual 20-minute visits every 3 months and is not meant for those who are in need of adjustments or closer monitoring. Reiki included.
